- 6:00 am Rider Registration at 5/3 Ball Park out lot (just past AJ's Fun Park)
- 7:30 am Registration closes,
- riders must be registered, signed in, and on the trail by 7:45am
- 8-10 am Sand Lake Food stop.
- Riders will have ridden 22 miles with 71 yet to go.
- The pavement ends here and it is dirt for the next 28 miles.
- This food stop will be open from 8:00am to 10:00am.
- Riders who do not arrive by 10:00am must check in by phone.
- 11-2 pm Big Rapids Lunch Stop,
- Riders will have riden 52 miles with 41 yet to go.
- Lunch will be catered by Pepper Deli. Pre-ordered lunches will be ready by 11:00 am at Northend Riverside park.
- Lunch stop opens at 11:00am, riders should arrive by 2pm for Lunch or call to check in.
- Pavement resumes as you reach Big Rapids, about 2 miles before the lunch stop and continues after lunch for another 11 miles to Reed City
- From Reed City on it is dirt until you reach Cadillac.
- 2-4 pm LeRoy Food stop
- Riders will have ridden 70 miles with 23 yet to go.
- The dirt trail continues to Cadillac for the next 22 miles.
- This food stop will be open from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
- Riders who do not arrive by 4:00pm must check in by phone.
- 4-6 pm Arrive in Cadillac.
- Luggage will be delivered to your hotel or Camp Ground by 4pm.
- Riders are responsible for their own lodging, please know how to get to your hotel or camp ground from the end of the trail in Cadillac.
- Most riders choose the Comfort Inn (formerly the Hampton Inn), a discounted rate will be arranged
- One way riders can ride to The Comfort inn and plan on being picked up there if not spending the night in Cadillac.
- Riders not arriving by 6 pm must check in by phone.
- 7pm Optional group dinner at either
- Mexican Restaurant next to Comfort Inn
- or at Hermann's in down town Cadillac.
